Chef Tim has honed his craft studying classical techniques and seasonal Tuscan produce in Florence, refining precision, balance, and respect for ingredients during immersive study in Kyoto, and now putting those combined influences into practice as a culinary intern in Milan. Passionate about authentic flavors and modern techniques, he brings recipes, tutorials, and stories designed to inspire cooks at every level to explore the very best of Italy — with a fresh, international perspective.

Cookbooks by Chef Tim

Timothy Hudson’s cookbook journey began early. His first book, Kool Kids Kooking, was released in 2018 when he was just 12 — a joyful collection of favorite recipes that grew out of a lifelong love of cooking that started at age four. By eight he had already decided the culinary arts would be his path, and years of focused practice and learning followed.

Now known as Chef Tim, he’s expanding his horizons abroad: following a three-month internship in Milan, Italy, his next book, Worldwide Cuisine, is scheduled for release — a reflection of the global flavors and techniques he’s gathering on his culinary journey.
